Eternoo S.p.A. is an Italian company that has been operating for over seventy years in the distribution of building materials. Founded in 1949 in Bologna, the company has grown to become a national group with around 650 people and a network of over 70 stores across Italy. Eternoo stands out for its focus on sustainability, safety, and digital innovation—key elements that drive its corporate vision.

Challenge

We needed a mobile-first CRM that would bring KPIs, customer lists, and quote pipelines directly into agents' pockets, ensuring speed, security, and visibility even on the go.

Developed solution

CCRM is a mobile app designed to give sales teams a complete and constantly updated view of customers and performance. It displays dynamic KPIs, statistics, and benchmarks, with quick functions to create quotes and consult documents. The customer catalog is filterable in real time. The quote pipeline allows for smooth and fast management of work phases. The experience is optimized for smartphones, with intuitive navigation, adaptive themes, and analysis tools to monitor usage and results.

CCRM offers a dashboard with real-time updated KPIs, a complete customer profile with financial and operational data, and smart search with intuitive filters and instant previews. The quote workflow allows you to create, send, and view documents in just a few taps, while contact management is simple and automatic. The mobile interface, refined in every detail, provides a smooth experience.

Development process

The project was developed within the same environment as Eternoo's products, reusing common components to ensure consistency and stability. The architecture updates data in real time, ensures compatibility across all platforms, and monitors the user experience to improve performance and reliability.

Tecnologie utilizzate

Frontend based on Next.js 15, React 19, Material UI 6, Nuqs, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, and React Virtuoso. Mobile app built with Capacitor (StatusBar, Share, Filesystem, Preferences) and integrations with Typesense, Microsoft Clarity, and typed CCRM APIs. Tooling on Turborepo + PNPM, design system @et/ui/@et/theme, strict ESLint/TypeScript, Playwright E2E, and numerical optimizations with Numeral and use-debounce. Backend in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework.
