Vaglio
No forms to fill in: Vaglio talks with whoever lands on the site, works out in three or four questions whether they’re the right lead, scores them and routes them to the right person. Day and night.
The Challenge
A contact form collects everything the same way: serious requests and the merely curious, in-target clients and out-of-target ones. Sales reads them one by one to work out who’s worth talking to.
The solution
Visitors write as they would to a person; Vaglio asks a few questions about role, industry, need, budget and timing, and meanwhile fills in the lead card with a 0–100 score computed live. Sales sees conversation and card, and only talks to the leads that matter.
