Eternoo S.p.A. is an Italian company that has been operating for over seventy years in the distribution of building materials. Founded in 1949 in Bologna, the company has grown to become a national group with around 650 people and a network of over 70 retail locations across Italy. Eternoo stands out for its focus on sustainability, safety, and digital innovation—elements that guide its corporate vision.
An adaptive portal was necessary, with analytics tracking and centralized governance over roles, invitations, and signed documents.

Etepro is a modular digital platform that offers secure access with a company account, Google, or Microsoft. It displays customized functions for each role — DDT, Invoices, Construction Sites, and EteCard — with document management and immediate download. The interface is adaptable, records main activities, and allows autonomous management of forms, barcodes, and company profiles.

Etepro offers a dashboard that adapts buttons and content based on the user's role and the selected company. The search for DDTs and invoices is fast and accurate, with filters by period and immediate download. Construction site management is handled through ordered lists and validated forms, while the EteCard becomes a practical digital badge.
The project was developed within the same environment as the main dashboard, reusing shared components for consistency and security. The architecture automatically manages access, updates data in real time, and keeps filters and searches always synchronized.

For customers, Etepro offers autonomy: documents always available, construction sites updatable online, and a digital badge always at hand.
